We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing professional services group with a turnover £40m and an expanding international presence. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this fully remote role is open to applicants qualified by experience, part qualified or qualified accountant based in Cumbria, allowing occasional face-to-face collaboration when required.
This is not a traditional management accounting role.
We're looking for someone who wants to challenge the status quo, improve processes, and embrace emerging technologies. The successful candidate will be genuinely excited by the opportunities that AI, automation and modern finance systems can bring to reporting, analysis and decision-making.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight, supporting strategic growth, and helping drive operational excellence across this multi site organisation.
